2007 through Present Responsible for estimating plan & spec. Prepared budgets from less than 50% documents. Estimated projects for both new work and renovation/expansions of existing facilities. Project estimate turnover packages for Project Managers. Utilized Estimation computerized estimating system to increase annual sales. Responsible for information management in pre-construction department. Downloaded/uploaded digital files and maintained FTP site for vendors use. Estimate direct and indirect costs. Select vendors and subcontractors to determine cost effectiveness. Preparing proposal letters.

Responsibilities Include: Assistant to Vice President of Business Development. Provide necessary support to estimating department with duties including but not limited to communication between the company and the subcontractors and vendors. Create proposals and send our request for pricing to appropriate subcontractors, coordinate job starts, make copies of plans and send out schedules for pricing, prequalification packages. Project turnovers to construction. Keep logs current. Update calendar, schedule meetings and filing.

Responsibilities Include: Provide support to all Project Managers helping with the flow of paperwork needed to properly run each project. Including processing submittals, proposals, RFI's, change orders, O&M Manuals, purchase orders and blueprints distribution. Provide and process all job starts and contracts. Assist estimating department with any duties necessary. Assist company officers and Project Managers with daily correspondence. Cover switchboard when necessary.
