The training programs cross a wide range of industries Training responsibilities and skills include:• Course design and writing - based on the client brief, course participant goals, the course objectives and learning outcomes. This largely involves the development of curriculum and training resources. Course design requires skills in writing, understanding adult learning principles and creative learning methodologies. • Facilitate training - I require strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, ability to motivate and be positive with course participants.• Course evaluation - to measure the success of the program and if required, modifications to the training program are made. This updates the program to ensure quality processes and that the program is relevant and to a high standard. When facilitating training programs, Leah is able to successfully apply a range of experiential interactive learning techniques to cater to a range of learning styles, participant needs and energy levels. Leah has completed a research paper for her Masters qualification a thesis on ‘The Use Of Creative Arts In Training’.
