It was mostly industry-specific training to audiences ranging from the inexperienced to executive level. I developed the following multi-day courses:- Advanced Blockchain- Blockchain for Executives- Blockchain for Financial Institutions- Blockchain for the Insurance Industry- A 20 day in-depth technical blockchain course for university graduates I coached numerous corporates on the technology and presented about specific aspects of blockchain use cases to clients such as the Johannesburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Werksmans Attorneys, Discovery, SAICA and several big insurers. I also did a lot of public speaking with the Academy. Some highlights include television shows, radio and newspaper interviews and international stages such as the Blockchain Africa Conference and the World Youth Forum.

I was ultimately responsible for plant availability and reliability. This included the development and management of the Life of Plant Plan, the Technical Plan, Maintenance Strategies, Operating Philosophies and Outage Scope of work for the Auxiliary plant at Lethabo Power Station. Tasks included plant trending, managing of contractors, conducting technical evaluations, quality assurance on outage work, project implementation, preventative maintenance audits and plant modifications (concept designs, detail designs, commercial operations and commissioning).
