My main experiences are with people and project management. I've worked in several profit and non-profit organizations and dealt with people and projects. I've learned when managing people and working in teams that I had to learn how to observe, listen, respect and aggregate how others work, see and feel things to the group. This was one of the most important things I've learned as a psychologist, understand people for what they do and say. Working with people requires ethics and responsibilities.Project management has taught me how to do things in a limited time and resources. When working on a project I've had to deal with budgets and deadlines and balancing all to deliver the best work possible. I plan to be an exceptional manager and I have been studying and working very hard to achieve this goal.Specialties: Performance Management, Organizational Behavior Management, Appiled Behavior Analysis, Coaching, Training and Development.
