I currently assist the vice president of the most important Behavior Analystsorganization in Brazil. I have to thank this organization for a great deal of mydevelopment in behavior analysis and I found this way of returning the favor.Recently we successfully hosted the 2010 event that had over 1300 participants.This has also helped me to exercise working with deadlines, budgets and people’sdemands.

Assist freshmen with the study and practice of Organizational Psychology.Activities include the discussion of books and articles related to the topic, provide practical experience of the HR routine, help build HR professional network.

I’m working as part of a team committed to build the best HR department in the world.I have a lot of space to suggest and implement changes, and I do them based on scientific knowledge I’ve acquired. We try to improve the workplace by respecting people’s personal and professional needs and desires.I have implemented Performance Matrix to measure and reinforce behavior. Some changes were made to the recruitment and selection process. Recently an employee survey was done to act as a baseline and evaluation for how performance is viewed by everyone. The survey helped to find out what consequences could act as reinforcers in a given context for people in this particular company. Overall I’ve been learning the challenges of applied behavior analysis and the pleasures in seeing the results of the work I really believe is right for people.

I am responsible for project management (create projects for organizations in general, analyze, assess and judge the feasibility/interest in providing the service, visit the organization and discuss the work plan with the director in charge, prepare a project proposal and budget request for what the client requested, explain to the hired consultant how the project design and operation and the established contract, oversee the development of the project and manage the deadline, and sign as co-responsible for organization's bank account) and people management (take care of organizational development and climate, draw the schedule of activities, mediation between the board and council, generate the internal articulation of the team, ensure the company's focus on products, oversee compliance with the statute, represent the company before the public and be the legal guardian of the company).I believe that I am currently facing my biggest professional challenge yet. Being ahead of a Junior company requires much dedication and most of the return is difficult to measure. The Junior company I lead was going through a difficult phase that our team has managed to turn into a success story.We attracted several employees (Psychology students) without pay and established several contacts with clients.I manage a large and unpaid (monetarily) team and it requires great inventiveness and I've learned to do this. I am developing various skills that I believe i would've developed in other moments of my career otherwise.
