Caren past working experience included marketing and promotion work with a local newspaper in Hong Kong at the start of her career. She progressed to managing various products in the merchandising field. Over the years she developed good coordination and organizational skills in general project management overseeing various assignments and in administration. Since 2015, Caren has joined AIM Group Expert Services as an assistant to the managing director. Her work assignments include technical assistance with administering expert and arbitration assignments, responsible for research and data management. She deals with data management and correspondence between the Expert and the parties to the case as well as other stake holders (legal and other party representatives).
