I then support my readers in harnessing the courage it takes to embrace their unique personal journey to resolve these aspects of self. In this resolution, the reader then learns to reconnect with their true enlightened self and live from that pure essential space. True aspects of self are revealed through an explanation of our energy centers (chakras), the illusion of duality, the necessity for non-attachment, soul contracts, fractals, and universal laws of manifestation. I also provide an in-depth provocative look at the emotional vibrations we choose to send out into the world and how the quality of these vibrations directly impact our personal reality and the reality of the world at large. These vibrations begin with each one of us individually and become an ever-expanding “ripple effect” of energy that also affect the world around us. Guided meditations are provided to take the reader deeper into their soul journey, healing, and personal resolutions. Poetry, most of which was written by me is shared to encourage the reader to connect more deeply with the soul messages of this book—perhaps even one’s own inner poet.
