Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the leadership team, serve as a strategic business partner working with all levels in the organization to manage and provide daily oversight of employee relations, performance management, recruiting, compensation, training and development, on-boarding, and benefits administration, consistent with the company’s values and culture. Act as a coach and mentor to all employees with a focus on growing and retaining talent and developing a healthy organization that supports business objectives across multiple geographical locations. Mentor and manage one direct report, the Office and Benefits Manager.

Reporting to the VP/Chief Human Resources Officer, developed and implemented human resources-centric operational improvements for RMR and Sonesta International Hotels Corp. The focus was on partnering with senior leaders and their teams in both organizations to strategically and operationally support company goals. The role had oversight of RMR and Sonesta’s Talent Management service delivery to enhance efforts in employment branding, development of best practices, and the projection of RMR and Sonesta as Employers of Choice in the markets served. One of three members of the founding HR team to build HR practices in support of the company’s growth from 420 to 3,000 employees; Helped HR department grew from three to 23 members.
