Designed a compliance tool (The SOX Drawer) in 2 months to provide an educational reference for employees, ensure a transparent process, and to manage the internal audit requirements and trail for compliancy

Reporting to the Director, Technical Services Group, this role was responsible for process improvements and translating business and market requirements for technology implementation.• Responsible for development and implementation of Customer Service Strategy (CLIENTfocus), an e-commerce solution that included a customer satisfaction metrics database, a comprehensive training workshop, and a certification program for internal and external customers• Responsible for gathering and documenting data and processes for the purposes of quality improvement, modeling the business for the purposes of problem solving and strategic improvements, and process modeling (IDEFO)• As Project Manager for CRM re-deployment utilized BPR to achieve a 75% reduction in CRM open orders• Produced history report and analysis of original CRM deployment; documentation of original deployment and subsequent negotiations resulted in 30% reduction in monies owed
