Reporting to the Director, Quality & Productivity this role is primarily responsible for the production of Canadian tax forms and is a key contributor to Ceridian’s Quality leadership team.• Responsible for the Year End Program that oversees 5 separate projects, $7 million dollars of revenue, the production of 2.7 million tax forms to Canadians, with over 80 people reporting in a matrix capacity• Integral involvement with Ceridian Canada’s Quality strategy. Specifically, mentor and trainer to Green Belts, mapping the business from the Executive level down through to implementing a innovative 6 Sigma project selection structure, and implemented through a SharePoint Process Portal

Reporting to the Director, Product Design and Development, this role is responsible for managing a team of 5 Six Sigma Green Belts and ensuring Quality in a software development environment.• Accountabilities include adhering to Six Sigma practices, tracking and reporting on program and project results, and mentoring team members on Six Sigma tools and methodology. • From a class of 25 in Six Sigma Green Belt training in 2004 all 3 Q&S attending team members successfully achieved certification 16 months ahead of any other graduate• Managed PIPEDA and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance for the Product organization. Designed a compliance tool (The SOX Drawer) in 2 months to provide an educational reference for employees, ensure a transparent process, and to manage the internal audit requirements and trail for compliancy

Reporting to the Director, Product Management, this role is responsible for translating business, customer, and market requirements for Ceridian’s product roadmap.• Responsible for the product management of PowerPay® (small business Web product) during organizational transition• Developed the “Gathering Requirements through Impact Assessment” process and toolkit in under 2 months• Project coordinator for the ePost project; UAT design and testing lead

Reporting to the Director, Technical Services Group, this role was responsible for process improvements and translating business and market requirements for technology implementation.• Responsible for development and implementation of Customer Service Strategy (CLIENTfocus), an e-commerce solution that included a customer satisfaction metrics database, a comprehensive training workshop, and a certification program for internal and external customers• Responsible for gathering and documenting data and processes for the purposes of quality improvement, modeling the business for the purposes of problem solving and strategic improvements, and process modeling (IDEFO)• As Project Manager for CRM re-deployment utilized BPR to achieve a 75% reduction in CRM open orders• Produced history report and analysis of original CRM deployment; documentation of original deployment and subsequent negotiations resulted in 30% reduction in monies owed
