Web And Graphics Coordinator
Current*Assists the current Web and Graphics Coordinator with the operation and governance of the City's website, including incorporating new technologies, enhancing the public's web experience, and working with departments to incorporate their individual content in a cohesive and consistent style.*Coordinates training activities for departmental web editors, ensuring that new web editors are sufficiently trained and facilitates regular training opportunities for all web editors.*Serves as a line of support for web editors from all departments so they can post, edit and update online content.*Coordinates web functions, monitors web activities, performs regular analysis and website analytics and implements search engine optimization.*Coordinates with IT to escalate issues with the website to the vendor. Manages support issues with the vendor to ensure effective resolutions.*Coordinates with the Accessibility Manager to ensure that Americans with Disabilities Act regulations are known and addressed in online and visual communications.*In an emergency event or an officially declared State of Emergency, responds as directed to ensure the restoration of essential public services, facilities, and infrastructure.
