Cross-functional partnership with talent, diversity and belonging, compensation, benefits, leave of absence, and employee relations to ensure a strong human capital platform, united in supplying the most innovative deliverables to the organization. Lead and develop a strong team of recruiting leaders who support our front line recruiters, demonstrating excellent people management skills, and leadership behaviors and strong collaboration with leadership across the enterprise. Define & track consistent hiring metrics and goals that baseline success for recruiting. Proactively review business needs and partner with leaders to think about their long-term talent plans, help them forecast talent needs and gaps based on historical data, retention, and future growth initiatives. Create radical hiring efficiencies for the enterprise, streamline hiring process across company, minimize waste in the organization, and drive for improved candidate conversion results. Keenly focused on company deliverables as well as overall candidate experience.
