My role has various aspects including helping customers on a daily basis. I see customers during appointments, I help solve or identify financial issues whilst providing solutions going forward. Working in a bank means you see a variety of customers, this means I have to adapt constantly. As the bank is a financial institution I have had to adhere to very strict guidelines and policies.TSB have a pioneering approach to banking, it has meant we have no sales targets. This has been a great way of dealing with situations, I have actively been able to use my customer service knowledge to help people, however still have the drive to generate business. Mortgage champion for the Brighton Hub. This consists of two branches in Brighton and one in Burgess Hill. Increased Mortgage appointments from an average of 3 a week to currently 2.8 per day.

My first-hand knowledge of travel made me the top candidate for this job. Since starting I have had numerous specialist roles within the branch, was promoted to Assistant Manager. Previous years to being promoted; I also helped manage the branch, the branch manager was deputy area manager, this meant I daily I would take on extra responsibilities.
