Educational Support Specialist
CurrentSupporting relationships with partner schools, providing customer service to their enrolled students and their parents, and ensuring each LanguageBird student receives the best educational experience. Job Highlights: Provide consistent, compassionate customer service to school points of contact, parents, students, and referral sources. Be available for school points of contact, parents, and students to address any questions or issues relating to course enrollment, including connecting for first class sessions, how to track student progress and grades, and obtaining final course grades. Facilitate regular meetings with school points of contact. Provide consistent and expert communication both within the school and with all stakeholders including notifying parents of students struggling academically to determine what additional supports may be needed. Gather details for collaborative problem-solving and provide sound recommendations. Check in with school points of contact and parents if there are challenges such as consistent lateness to lessons, lack of homework completion, etc. Collaborate with the Head of School, members of the Admissions and Outreach Department, and/or Marketing Department on projects and program offerings, communications, and new initiatives.
