The FX rates module is the business-critical rates engine to support FX rates, margins, pricing, tiers and regions for up to 70 FX• Third Party Management and collaboration with FIS global (Card Payment Processor) - setup and configuration of the Post Office FX prepaid Travel Money Card.• Build of the Post Office Travel Money Card website on First Rate hosted site core CMS platform• Migration of 1M+ customer accounts from incumbent FIS hosted travel money card website; this included a complex account merging process to ensure compliance with AML directives. • Build and launch of the new Post Office Travel Money Card Mobile App • Reconciliation and settlement platform to support the transaction services dept with daily card management rec’s. This included collaboration with Bank of Ireland on a new IBIS banking platform solution to support straight through automated payment processing with MasterCard. • Multi stakeholder management and collaboration with the Post Office UK and their IT service providers Fujitsu and Atos. Successful delivery of complex and challenging requirements to enhance and transition the in-branch sales journey to support real time eKYC lookups to enable FDD (Full Due Diligence) sales only; a requirement to be compliant with the EU 4th Anti Money Laundering directive.

In this role, I managed the IT migration - change programme aspects of a global Shared Applications work stream to transition business-critical applications off incumbent’s technology stack, from the solution design stage through to deployment and handover into support.In consultation with clients, >170 service providers, affiliates and infrastructure hosting partners I defined change interactions, and coordinated the complex Files, Feeds and Interfaces work stream to keep ‘live’ test and production interfaces throughout the migration phase, and supported stakeholders with their key deliverables, technology transitions and dependencies. I managed the security considerations essential within a PPI and PCI regulatory environment, consulted with teams to identify and escalate resolution of migration challenges, and partnered third party suppliers re solution payment acquiring, payment processing, and fraud alerting migration solutions to support 24/7 PCI business.Highlights include managing all key deliverables within £3M budget and completing the project on time - with much applaud from MasterCard and Access Prepaid Worldwide.

I constructed the Cisco Lab to simulate and test network designs, working with 800, 2900, 3500, 3750, 4000, 6500 series switches and routers.
