Handling and contributing to accounts payable and receivable, month-end close, assorted reports, payment processing and customer statements.

Updating customer info and reconnecting with previous customers. Not a sales position; this is focused on customer service, consulting and advocacy. This is a remote position and all contacts are connected via email and phone.

Providing counsel and perspective to this organic and vegan skincare line, created by hand and in small batches. This included everything from Amazon sales, brand direction, product development and creative decisions.

In this part-time position, I've helped to increase brand awareness, expand consumer knowledge and raise media presence.

― Determined clients’ promotional/marketing needs and wishes and helped them to better understand the printing process.― Evaluated artwork and design and worked with the Art Dept and clients to be sure it was correct― Worked with suppliers to manage distribution process and ensure on-time delivery
