Technical Project Coordinator
Current- Responsible for accepting and processing orders that come into the Des Moines Configuration Center.
- Clarifying discrepancies with the ECS (Enterprise Configuration Services) team, and ensuring all orders are prepared and sent out accurately.
- Receives and Documents daily and weekly orders, passes information to teammates, and uploads information in to Enterprise Configuration Services website.
- Records inquiries, repair and service requests, resolves request or directs it to appropriate technical area, tracks status and follows up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Following established guidelines, responds to telephone inquiries concerning support, processing or request procedures, and systems status.
- Monitors Client 2000, WANDA, and shared mailbox queues for incoming requests throughout the day; prioritizes requests appropriately.
