Gianna Homes offers care to families at Sursum Corda in Minnetonka, Gladys' Place in Plymouth and Home Care to the western suburbs.My position with Gianna Homes is Marketing Director. I oversee the marketing and outreach for both homes and home care.

MAGiC is a non-profit membership organization focused on the practice and issues of substitute decision-making for vulnerable adults. I am responsible for coordination of annual state conference, quarterly membership luncheons, advertising and membership services.

I had the opportunity to assist in opening one of the newest LifeCare communities in Minnesota, Trillium Woods. My primary responsibility was in Marketing Department assisting with events, managing the overall marketing of the independent living as well most recently coordinating the resident Move-In and resident referral program.

I worked in the Marketing/Administrative area focusing on daily operations, sales, community outreach and event coordination. Position included assistance with budgets, marketing plans, events and staffing.

Clare Bridge was in development phase till fall 1998 so prior to opening I primarily worked on community outreach and sales and marketing for both the Eden Prairie and Plymouth locations. Once open, I was the interim Executive Director responsible for the overall operations of the community.
