I have been in restaurant operations for nearly 20 years. My ownership portfolio currently consists of three Blaze Pizza locations in the Phoenix area and a Baskin Robbins in La Quinta, CA. I was also an executive at Waba Grill Franchise Corp in Southern California for four years specializing in operations and training. My experience has positioned me to be well versed in the franchisee and franchisor side of the restaurant business.I acquired a Baskin Robbins that was closed and bankrupt and turned it into one of the top performing shops in the country in cake sales. I also purchased three Blaze Pizza restaurants in Phoenix in late 2021 that were on the verge of closing. We have completely revitalized all three locations, receiving Gold standards in operations and guest reviews and positive YOY sales, despite the taxing economic environment. I have developed an affinity for, and expertise in, identifying areas of opportunity in struggling restaurants and turning those opportunities into profit.

Multi Unit Franchise OwnerBlaze Pizza, Llc Aug 2021 - PresentAtlanta, Georgia, Us- In August 2021 entered into a one year management agreement for all 5 Blaze Pizza locations in Arizona, all of which were in dire condition - In September 2022 purchased 3 of the 5 viable locations- In 18 months took 3 locations from failing corporate audits and B health inspections to Gold standards and straight A’s. - YOY sales have increased from 10%-30% in all 3 locations and are expected to rise. -
