Microsoft Learning Experiences (LeX) is one of very few self-contained global end-to-end businesses within Microsoft, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Product Development and Operations.I managed end-to-end content creation for certification products to help IT professionals, developers and Information Workers validate skill in Microsoft technology, and through an industry-leading certification program. I ensure that our exams are technically accurate, real-world and relevant using data-driven decision making processes. I oversee the scrubbing and refreshing of outdated content, manage bugs, and create new exam development processes. I review and edit content, test item functionality and scoring, and analyze comment data to ensure quality and technical accuracy. I use internal tools to build and publish exams, and create process documentation for internal and external partners, exhibiting strong local and cross team collaboration with Vendors, partners, and other groups within in a highly ambiguous and continuously transforming environment. Volunteer: I led a Hackathon project team creating games that teach career skills to people who are autistic and neurologically diverse.
