Have you ever felt that you are sick and tired of looking and feeling the way you do day in and day out? I am here to tell you “SO AM I”! Over the past decade I gained 80 lbs. due to several medical conditions, and a tad bit of laziness that follows. Now that I am in my 40’s I find that I am not happy with myself. I am over weight, I have irritable bowl, I have eosinopholic esophagitis, I have several food allergies, and to top things off I have an immune system that is always working over time! My goal is to get in the best shape of my life, and turn my extremely complicated body into a fit body. In life we wear many hats such as, being a mother, wife, daughter, sister, gma, friend, coworker, and a fitness coach. Most of us live by our agendas but there is one thing that we all forget to do, and that is to take care of ourselves. We are over weight, out of shape, and we end up with bad health issues. Then there are our excuses to top it all off. Who has the time to work out? Or are we dealing with either the lack of time, or commitment phobia?Let’s carve out some time for ourselves and change our futures. Let’s take this journey together and take the steps necessary to finding our fit and healthy bodies! Now is the time to reclaim your life one baby step at a time!
