I'm a personal trainer and the owner of CaPow The Trainer Mobile Personal Training. We make women feel like superheroes by bringing custom workouts right to their homes. That's right, we come to YOU! As a woman who was overweight for most of her youth and young adulthood, I didn't find my inner athlete until my mid-20's. And once I did, it changed everything. My path has never strayed far from health and wellness ever since. I'm passionate about living the good life and staying active and healthy, keeping everything in balance. I want to share that power and freedom with women all over the Treasure Valley! This isn’t just a passion, this is my purpose! Helping women get strong and feel healthy is everything to me.
