Guided Company and its Board of Directors through a series of refinancings, pursuit of strategic alternatives, a material weakness in financial controls, its COVID-19 response, weathering a severe debt load, insolvency risk, crippling supply chain disruptions, talent management and compensation efforts and its cybersecurity, ESG and ERM framework and programs. Investigated and prosecuted hundreds of federal criminal matters. Tried cases before D. Ct., SDNY and argued appeals before 2nd Circuit. Received Director’s Award for Superior Performance as an Assistant U.S. Attorney from the U.S. Attorney General.
