Address questions, disputes and complaints between UNFCU and its members , using knowledge of loan servicing processes and legal requirements. Conduit to Loan information and analysis requests from Management of other departments within the company. Subject matter expert for core banking system, including troubleshooting, testing implementation of new procedures as well as training staff.Assist management in administrative duties such as performance reviews, creating reports, new procedures and training.Assign and track incoming requests from members both internal and external to insure timely and accurate completion of all items. Process morning system reports to allow close of prior day and application of all payments to the FICS system. By using my strong analytical skills I am able to resolve problems with little to no assistance. Handle all first level elevated issues for resolution or proper elevation to management. Excellent oral and written communication skills which allow me to streamline procedures and communicate with members internal and external. Manage the department workflow to insure proper compliance to required regulations and time frames.
