Reporting directly to the Managing Director, I helped transform the Accounting, IT and Operations departments by using technology as a strategic enabler. In this role, I successfully delivered the following 3 projects: - FinancialForce Billing Implementation: Lead BA in the planning and execution of a program that replaced the legacy billing system with a cloud based financial platform that integrated into Salesforce, enabling finance users to generate billing invoices from Salesforce. This transformational program involved the following 3 key workstreams: 1) Opportunity Migration: Analysis and implementation of the changes required to transition from the Skedulo data model to one supported by Financial Force. 2) Integration & Data Migration Stream: Migrated and deduplicated 500k+ records from multiple legacy systems into Salesforce centralized database. 3) Regulatory Stream: Supported Healthcare data regulatory compliance regulations that required special guidelines for data handling and access, encryption, physical data storage and backups. - WOW Mobile Application: As the IT Project Manager, I worked closely with business stakeholders and the onshore & offshore developer team to create a mobile application that enabled delivery of wellness programs to our 100+ provider network servicing 1000+ patients. - IT Insourcing Strategy: Saved 150k annually, while dramatically improving customer satisfaction and response time by working with Business & IT leadership to bring the IT Department in-house.

10 month contract working with the Managing Director on three key work programs: - Electronic Document Management (EDM): Led the design and implementation of an EDM solution that transformed existing processes and significantly reduced the use of paper files and documents by 70% saving 50k+ a year. - IT Infrastructure Upgrade: Managed the server & telephone system upgrade acting as liaison between providers and internal staff. - IT Support: Responsible for all internal IT/IS support and helpdesk, including MYOB. Initial point of contact between service providers and internal stakeholders.
