C++ DevelopmentSystems Development, maintenance and support* Fax to Email Development on Diva Fax Cards. * Incoming and outgoing fax control by a Fax Card in a Server. * Receives Faxes from a Fax Machine or Fax Server and converts it to an Email and sends it to the User.* Also provides the user with the ability to send faxes via Print Function or via email through my Fax Server to a Fax Machine or Fax Server.* Converts Any Document into a Fax.* Web Based Financial System Hooked up to the Fax Card was developed by me in PHP, maintaining the Faxes Received by the Server and calculating the Commission to agents that signed up users. * Handles the full process from Commission calculation, automatic email sending of all billing reports, uploading of Agent Invoice, reporting of minutes generated for the month for Agent and Agent down line and record of payments made by the company to Agents.* This system also does automatic email Invoice Run to clients using the system to send faxes and who are billed end of the month and a function to maintain money received for invoices. Also handles the full system for prepaid customers to buy credits before sending faxes.* The whole web interface is available to Agents and Clients to view the status of their account at all times and to retrieve old faxes send and received or to resend faxes.* This is a full development job and I am responsible for own time management and interacting with the client and also management.

* I have written a Call Centre Application from scratch for CLC in PHP with an Apache Web server and My SQL Database. It is a roadside assistance Call Centre that runs 24/7 and was done within 2 months. * I was responsible to run a workshop before starting the project to get all System Requirements.* User Requirements, Process Modeling and Functional Design were drawn up by me and the client signed it off before starting.* A SQL Data Module was developed by me and I managed myself during this project.* I completed the whole system and I am still as part time contractor tweaking it and adding new processes that are run strictly on a Change Control System.

As a Junior Programmer, I worked on a Clipper System. This System was the software that works with the prepaid Electricity Boxes from PLESSEY. As junior I did testing, bug fixing and writing little applications in clipper.
