Cx Risk Coordinator
CurrentPlays an integral role in mitigating risks to clients, the business, and the brand to help Stitch Fix remain nimble in the face of evolving business threats while acting as an intermediary between warehouses, the Client Experience team, and clients. • Investigate potentially fraudulent clients and mitigate risk to Stitch Fix’s bottom line• Help support clients who have been victims of fraudulent activities and remedy their situations, while building strong relationships and driving retention rates • Resolve fulfillment issues with our warehouses to ensure our clients have a seamless experience • Provide evidence to card providers in order to prevent chargeback losses• Respond to gift card, price match, and other escalations to support CX partners• Participate in periodic task force work to support CX and company-wide initiatives
