Specific responsibilities include: -Developing and managing all accounting and operational/HR systems-Developing and managing contracts, ensuring all grant deliverables are met and expenditures properly reported-Developing and sustaining relationships with funders, staff and stakeholders-Working directly with partner charter schools (current and future) supporting their finance and operations functionsFinance and Operations• Work with CEO and Board to develop and implement a long-range business plan that achieves the organization’s mission of expanding the number of Idaho’s high-performing new schools in Idaho. • Ensure the fiscal health of the organization by developing processes and systems for grant management, financial reporting, and basic business and office operations (accounting, payroll, etc.). • Ensure the organization stays in compliance with all 501(c)3 requirements and reports these to the IRS and others as necessary. • Assist in hiring and managing all necessary staff and helping to ensure all team members know their roles and are successful. • Generating regular and consistent financial reports for the CEO, the Board and other partners.
