Dr. Ishida is a Client Service Manager, Project Manager, and Regional Business Development Manager at Carollo Engineers in Honolulu, Hawaii. She is a licensed professional engineer in California, Hawaii, Illinois, and CNMI. She is also an Envision Sustainability Professional. Dr. Ishida works on various water and wastewater projects.She currently manages or directs a wide range of projects including long range planning, design, construction management, and owner’s advisor. Her technical expertise includes wastewater treatment, master planning, advanced water treatment, and program support. Other experience includes water conservation planning, permitting and regulatory support, and integrated systems and hydraulic modeling.Dr. Ishida has worked on projects in the Chicago metropolitan area, Northern and Southern California, Arizona, and Hawaii.
