After my own burnout, I realised that most fitness programs out there were NOT health-focused, but appearance focused. Many of us, especially women, are struggling with managing our energy. Most of us have spent years forcing or neglecting our body. As I learnt how to work with my body instead of against it, it became very clear to me that we could simplify the process for others over time.I founded TGC to help begin the process of understanding and finally working with our bodies.
