• Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to multiple leaders and employees with specific focus on: employee engagement, HR fundamentals and process training, employee relations management, performance management, career development, talent assessment, acquisition and retention and workplace investigations as appropriate• Partner with Senior HR leaders on organizational structure and strategic workforce planning design and execution in region by connecting the business priorities, eg: Center-site migration, M&A, leadership program and Org & Talent assessment tool• Cultivate and shape company culture through HR initiatives based on culture compass result and modeling and behaviors reinforcement that best reflect our cultural aspirations, purpose, and beliefs • Advocate for our employees and the business through deep understanding and create a positive work environment by various of engagement activities and opportunities• Conduct HR training and support for functional processes Performance Development, Salary Planning, New Employee Orientation, New Manager Assimilation and leadership development trainings • Be the change agent on necessary HR process and service enhancement to deliver good employee experience • Lead and assist other company-wide HR projects identified, working across multiple client groups

• Facilitate and continually consummate operation processes on employment total lifecycle transaction to ensure quality delivery & compliance, including pre-onboarding & onboarding, 1st day introduction, data maintains, contract renew, internal transfer, promotion, P-file management exit process, payroll & benefits implementation etc. • Act as the focal contact leader for Healthcare (with 5 team members) & TW all biz (with 2 team members) to ensure the high service quality & productivity delivered by team• Build strong Partnership with biz HR team on employee communication, changes management, and provide value-added consultation and services to biz• Prevent, mitigate HR risk and compliance issues in daily job • Project leader or core committee for 10+ projects including M&A, implementation of Global Enterprise Standard in region, process optimism, global & local HR events

• Provide recruitment service, staff management and consulting service for hundreds of clients on supporting functions, including HR, finance, admin, marketing• Develop cooperation opportunity by regular visit and providing integrate human resource solution• Develop and maintain recruiting channels and be responsible for all campus recruiting in Shanghai• Act as mentor for new consultants and successfully train 2 assistant consultants• Project leader for Hermès Shangxia exhibition and 2012 EF China outing**Achievement under role of Consultant :Rank in 2012 million Gross Profit Achieved clubRewarded as monthly Star Consultant in 20122012 Best-performed team in national wide
