Main activities performed:- Leads all activities related to the Internal Audit department at Mercosur division (10 production plants over Brazil and Argentina);- Prepares the annual audit planning for the division;- Develops internal audit work programs for different business processes, which are used worldwide by the Corporate Internal Audit team;- International and national travels included – up to 40%;- Responsible for disclosing the engagements’ results to top Management and performing the follow up of the action plans;- Reports disclosed in English and Spanish;- Team management performed, providing work instructions, performance feedbacks and career guidance;- Dual reporting: to the Global Director of Internal Audit (functionally) and to the Controller Mercosur (administratively).

Main activities performed:- Leads all activities related to internal audit and SOX in South America region;- International travel, in a quarterly basis, to perform outside engagements in Mexico and United States of America (English and Spanish required);- Provides the following services: 1. Assurance and consulting services; 2. Fraud reviews; 3. Data analytics;- All reports are performed in English;- Conducts regular meetings with Management (South America President, CFO and Managers from the audited departments), in order to present the results obtained during the engagements performed; - Responsible for monitoring action plans and KPI’s defined by Directors and Managers during the AAM Strategic Plan events (participates in a monthly meeting with President, all Directors and Managers in order to discuss the strategic plan status).

Main activities performed:- Projects in large multinational companies covering major business cycles and the IT environment;- Business process reviews focused in process improvement, by designing/mapping risks and controls to each business cycle in scope;- Assist companies to be in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), through internal controltests;- Reporting in English and Portuguese to major companies such as Votorantim, Case New Holland, Mondelez International, and others.

Main activities performed:- Represent Brasil Junior in European Junior Enterprise Network;- Attend European Comission events, working as the Public Affairs responsible for Brasil Junior;- Travel around Europe providing trainings to graduate students willing to create their own Junior Enterprises, mainly about the folowing topics: 1) How to create their own Junior Enterprises; 2) Strategic Planning; 3) Business Process Management.- Organize events to junior entrepreneurs.

Main activities performed:- Team management (40 associates);- Lead the Annual Strategic Planning of the Company;- Plan and conduct the Executive Board meetings (6 people) and the General Assembly (40 people);- Follow up the KPI´s;- Write and present business cases at local and national events: it was 5 cases presented in total, all of them about Business Excellence Model and/or Market Intelligence;- Represent the Company to the University and other Partners/Institutions;- Look for partnerships.While working as President of Ação Júnior, it got elected as the best Brazilian Junior Enterprise in 2009 (among 400 JE in the Country). Further, it got the prize of the best Business Excellence Model case presented at the local event “Prêmio FEJESC” in 2010 (200 people attendance).
