Mastering the Music Business - MMB - is the first and biggest international music business conference and showcase festival in Romania. The success stories of MMB Showcase Festival range from collaborations between Romanian and foreign artists, whose foundations were laid at the festival (Dan Byron and the Serbians from Ana and the Changes released a joint single), international bands that were booked to festivals in Romania (Ana and the Changes from Serbia and Piqued Jacks from Italy) and even artists and bands from Romania invited to festivals in Serbia (Exit), Netherlands (Eurosonic), Sweden (Live at Heart and Future Echoes), Hungary (BUSH), Slovenia (MENT) or Bulgaria (Spike).

Women in Music Romania is an initiative dedicated to promoting and supporting women in the Romanian music industry. Our primary goal is to provide valuable opportunities and resources to women in all areas of the music industry, regardless of their experience level or professional position.Women in Music Romania aims to create a more inclusive and fair environment for women in the Romanian music industry. Through events, mentoring programs and other initiatives, we provide a platform for women in the music industry to connect, learn and develop their professional skills.With an increasingly strong presence in the Romanian music landscape, Women in Music Romania strives to promote gender equality and support women in the music industry to reach their full potential.

RAW Music (Romanian Artists Worldwide) is performing as an export office for Romanian artists (as there is no official music export office here), facilitating connections of the Balkan region with CEE countries and professionals shows in major European music events such as Nouvelle Prague or BUSH showcases. RAW Music is organizing the international conference: Mastering the Music Business (MMB) in Romania. MMB has become the leading music business conference in Romania and one of the most relevant music industry events in Europe. In between the annual conference editions, we are organizing several workshops (about music & instruments, music production, music business etc). MMB’s main objectives are: education (two days of informative panels, keynote interviews, listening sessions and one day exclusively dedicated to workshops), networking (putting local & international music business professionals together, to exchange information, ideas and start new projects), mentorship and increasing artists mobility through the Showcase Festival.

JUMP – the European Music Market Accelerator provides a framework for music professionals to develop innovative business models. It aims to help the music sector adapt to the recent transformations of the market, while encouraging it to work on a transnational level.For nine months, 10 to 20 participants coming from all over Europe have the opportunity to develop their projects and ideas, and to benefit in parallel from an extensive training and a personalised tutorship.JUMP is co-funded by the Creative Europe Programme of the European Commission, coordinated by MaMA Festival and Convention (FR) and implemented by a network composed of Un-Convention (UK), C.T.L (PT), M.E.S.O (GR), Nouvelle Prague (CZ) and MIH (IT), and associated events: XpoNorth (UK) & Lollapalooza Berlin (DE) in 2019 and Mutek Montréal (CA) in 2020.
