I'm Psychologist who provide clinical or counseling services assess and treat mental, emotional and behavioral disorders since years ago. I use the science of psychology to treat complex human problems and promote change. I also promote resilience and help people discover their strengths.As a counseling psychologist, I help people of all ages deal with emotional, social, developmental, and other life concerns. I use a variety of strategies to help people manage behavioral issues, cope with stress, alleviate anxiety and distress, and deal with the issues associated with psychological disorders.I specialize in the treatment of people with special psychological disorders such as anxiety, schizophrenia, pstd or depression. I also work with school children with learning disabilities or in a dormitory counseling centers for wellness and university success.Whether I am working with clients in a hospital setting or counseling in an academic environment, I'm rely on a broad range of psychological theories the therapeutic approaches to help people overcome problems and realize their full potential.But I prefer to work in private practice. I have my own office and am able to establish my own work schedule. As many psychologists who run their own businesses, I am also frequently working also evening and weekend hours in order to accommodate the schedules of my clients.

I am a Yoga Teachers College® Certified Teacher, I have completed my teaching certifications with Yoga Body | Yoga Teachers College on Yoga Trapeze® and Gravity Yoga too. I teach YOGABODY style, a fitness-based approach for strength, mobility, weight loss, and stress management. Oh, and my classes are fast-paced and fun.I also offer private and small group classes at a variety of locations in GE area and online.
