Project Leader
Current• Development and management of corporate education projects and strategies aligned with the objectives of client companies, such as Mercado Livre, iFood, Volkswagen Financial Services, Grupo Boticário, ArcelorMittal, Natura, etc.• Planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale events with management of multiple stakeholders, from budget preparation to technical leadership.• Acting as the focal point of communication between clients and the company, ensuring effective communication across all involved areas and the best project development.• Monitoring and tracking metrics, OKRs, and KPIs of internal processes, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.• Conducting organizational climate surveys with detailed presentations of results and recommendations for creating a more welcoming and inclusive work environment.• Development and management of NPS, aiming to continuously improve customer satisfaction.• Evaluation, training, and team monitoring, ensuring the continuous development of their skills and competencies.• Conducting result analyses, developing and presenting reports and project documents, providing insights and recommendations for future actions.• Supporting recruitment processes, including conducting interviews, analyzing resumes and LinkedIn profiles, as well as participating in and assisting during interviews.• Integrating new employees through welcome meetings to present the company culture and the processes of the Projects team.• Collaborating with the People team in training follow-ups, team management, support in hiring processes, and participating in recruitment activities.
