Senior Admin Asst Ii - Finance
Current• Support Finance Manager and the company president/owner• Create admin agreements and renewals; review and analyze accounts in a timely manner for pricing and services provided; review customer base monthly to ensure all renewal requests are issued timely; maintain new business and current business reports• Assist with accounts payables/accounts receivables; responsible for invoicing customers, process and reconcile incoming payments from customers, ran reports for past-due invoices monthly and communicated those issues with customers via email/phone, ordered and processed outgoing checks for customers (premium reimbursements) and vendors• Resolve insurance brokers/customers issues timely and demonstrate resolution skills for quality service; proactively work with other departments to provide the best resolutions available • Responsible for new hires; acquiring necessary forms and paperwork; providing New Employee Orientation training; administering the benefits program for the employees, including enrolling, updating changes, terminations, billing• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
