Co-authored and self-published the brewery's multi-award-winning cookbook, Cooking with Intuition. Established community partnerships that tied the Intuition brand to the community and made community engagement a central tenet of the organization’s mission. Planned and executed many community-focused events such as beer dinners, nonprofit fundraisers, community-wide Oktoberfest festivals and more, and founded and managed a weekly farmer’s market that activated a previously vacant lot. Intuition gained statewide notoriety by being the first craft brewery in Florida to offer their products in cans, and played a major role in kicking off a vibrant local craft beer culture.To support the city's vibrant and growing craft beer community, I co-founded the Jax Beer Society, a trade association committed to developing and preserving an active beer culture through Northeast Florida. I helped coordinate the inaugural Jax Beer Week to engage the region’s craft breweries alongside beer-centric retail establishments and restaurants, and helped spearhead the Riverside Craft Beer Festival which drew thousands of beer lovers to raise money for charitable causes.
