Managed communications, internal and external, related to marketing and administering the ~$2B Partner Incentives portfolio offered by Microsoft. Worked closely with partners in Operations, Finance, and Field to execute and ensure quality communications.

Projects include:• Supporting Microsoft's Partner Incentives group, specifically around internal, executive communications and Enterprise Incentives program design• Managing multiple Microsoft Xbox clients, including routing all incoming requests to appropriate, available resources to meet client needs and deadlines • Serving as in-house editor for internal documentation and client-ready deliverables across all practice areas of The Spur Group• Building collateral supporting to-partner communication efforts in multiple Microsoft organizations, including WPG and Corporate Accounts

Provided editing, writing and project management services as part of a team working for the Microsoft Windows 8 business group on retail training programs. Guided a team of independent designers to produce deliverables in line with client expectations and feedback through multiple rounds of review.

Managed finances and office operations; designed, edited and wrote for weekly newspaper; contributed writing and editing for various other publications including quarterly Mount Baker Experience, annual Waterside and monthly All Point Bulletin. Coordinated all editorial content for Pacific Coast Weddings.

Designed daily front pages, slotted wire content throughout daily paper, edited all content for accuracy, clarity and conformity with Associated Press and local style, assisted in managing paper's website and Facebook presence. Worked closely with reporters and photographers to plan design packages, created maps and infographics to visually impart vital information.

Rotated between designing daily front page, editing all local content and managing newspaper's website. Managed and designed one daily section and one weekly section. Worked as part of editorial team to plan and package in-depth features. Completed full redesign of daily newspaper with emphasis on keeping paper's spacious feel while shifting to smaller physical size.
