I was responsible for assisting friends and family buy, sell and invest in Real Estate and guiding them through the process from beginning to end. Whether they were looking to purchase their first home or their tenth, they could count on exceptional service.

I was responsible for website development and maintenance, scheduling photo shoots, assisting with photo shoot set up, taking and editing photos, processing client payments and customer service.

Market research, creating and delivering presentations to potential DVD kiosk hosts, customer service, selecting and purchasing movies for the kiosks, creating promotions and marketing materials to create consumer awareness, website development and maintenance, email marketing campaigns and social marketing.

I was an integral member of Team McSporran with my duties ranging from administrative to negotiating Agreements of Purchase and Sale. I was responsible for answering phones, contacting our clients and other Real Estate offices to schedule appointments, keeping our files up-to-date and organized, creating marketing materials, preparing and presenting Market.

I was responsible for handling incoming calls from other Realtors and clients, scheduling property showing appointments, preparing training materials for new staff, assisting Realtors in the preparation of documents as well as filling in as a Realtor's assistant at times. I worked in this position while I completed my Real Estate license courses.

Used warm leads to call potential customers and set up a presentation in their home, presented the Cutco product and completed order forms as necessary, kept my leads and order forms organized, prepared and made presentations at Regional meetings and mentored new sales reps.
