As volunteer coordinator, I was responsible for recruiting volunteers for all areas of work for Columbia Fashion Week (formerly Columbia Style Week). I was responsible for gauging capabilities and strengths, and assigning volunteers to appropriate work areas. This positition required a high level of organization and advanced administrative skills.

As a vendor coordinator, I was tasked with procuring vendors to display and sale merchandise that appealed to our audience. I was also responsible for helping to develop the vendor application, terms and conditions, vending guidelines, and vendor help guide.

As a Senior Department Manager at JC Penney I was responsible for improving sales in both the mens and childrens divisions. I employed company provided resources to analyze sales and inventory levels. I also hired, trained and developed a knowledgeable and competent sales team.
