• Provide access to justice and trauma-informed legal services to vulnerable and marginalized members of society• Co-led management, strategic analysis, and transformational change on natural resources management in the Northwest Territories through multi-party facilitated discussions in the context of several Indigenous Land Claim negotiations (2021)• Taught restorative and social justice class at the University of Ottawa on the role of equity, diversity, and inclusion in environmental protection (2021)• Lead-authored chapter on the inclusion of Indigenous youth and customary legal perspectives in Canada, under the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child in the book "Children's Rights and Sustainable Development" published by Cambridge University Press (2019)• Contributed to multi-stakeholder problem solving discussions and ‘design thinking’ organizational change through a Climate National Security Symposium at the Canadian Forces College (2018)

• Represented and worked with vulnerable clients in Ontario on noise, land use, and environmental rights issues • Prepared and submitted recommendations to the Ontario Ministry of the Environment to promote early mediation in the environmental assessment process • Drafted motion response documents and appeared before the former Ontario Municipal Board, resulting in successful case settlement for local community group

• As coordinator of the launch of the “Voices of Future Generations” children’s book series, in partnership with the UN Division on Sustainable Development, I developed clear project plan and deliverables and exceeded expectations by bringing the Chair of the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child, Professor Kirsten Sandberg to give opening remarks and spark discussion• Researched and analyzed gender and water governance priorities to advise the World Bank’s Global Forum on Law, Justice and Development

• Facilitated case development for a judicial review of genetically engineered salmon• Assessed the legal merits and responded to over fifteen public intake inquiries with sensitivity and respect• As lead articling student responsible for an Environmental Review Tribunal appeal of a water permit during drought conditions to help disadvantaged community group, researched and discussed legal options with clients and prepared for full hearing

• Assisted the research of UNEP's Green Economy Report, 2011• Supported coordination of The Economics of Ecosystems and Biodiversity (TEEB) project

• Developed proposal for and conducted research on China’s water laws, advised WWF, and assisted engagement with renewable energy industry representatives, culminating in the industry leader’s first pilot of a sustainable hydropower protocol

• Facilitated WWF engagement with the Global Water for Sustainability program, in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development to identify opportunities for integrated river basin management in developing countries, resulting in on-going projects • Making technical material accessible to the public, advocated for integrated water resource management in workshops, presentations and a globally launched publication • Seconded to northeast China for two months to support Chinese engagement and stakeholder identification in strategic planning of transboundary river basin resources, increasing my understanding of Chinese culture and language

• Planned, organized, and facilitated workshops, speakers’ series, and the first symposium on freshwater biodiversity in the Great Lakes Region to engage dialogue and cross-sector collaboration

• Researched and analyzed ecosystem service links to human health and well-being in Africa• Lead-authored seven papers for policy-makers that were published by the United Nations Environment Programme

• With emotional acuity, interviewed and collected data on over 400 members of the public in cancer study

• Supported rural stakeholder involvement in the design of criteria and indicators for forest sustainability under the Montreal Process of the 1992 Earth Summit. Strengthened partnerships between non-profit partners, policy-makers and local resource users.
