Currently in my new role as a Program Specialist at Texas A&M University’s College of Engineering, I will focus on retention and success programs for first-generation engineering students, with an emphasis on creating equitable opportunities for underserved and low-income communities. Previously, as Assistant Director and Liaison to the Carl R. Ice College of Engineering at Kansas State University, I leveraged my expertise in academic coaching and career development to connect students with industry-leading employers.
