As the Creative Director at Exit 6, I am responsible for crafting and maintaining the festival’s visual identity across all platforms. My role is integral to shaping the festival’s brand, ensuring that it resonates with our audience and reflects the creative spirit of the films we showcase. My key responsibilities include: • Visual Identity & Design: Overseeing all aspects of the festival’s visual identity, from concept to execution. I design and produce engaging video and graphic content for our social media channels, ensuring consistent branding and messaging. • Printed Materials: I create all printed materials for the event, including programs, sponsor backdrops, flyers, and posters. My work ensures that every visual element, from large banners to small details, aligns with our festival’s aesthetic and enhances the attendee experience. • Website Design & Layout: I am responsible for the layout and design of the Exit 6 website, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and up-to-date with the latest festival information. • Collaboration & Outsourcing: I liaise with and brief other creatives on outsourced projects, including bespoke artwork from independent artists. My role requires clear communication and a strong vision to guide external contributors in aligning with our festival’s brand.Key Skills: • A keen eye for detail and composition, ensuring all visual content meets the highest standards. • A deep passion for short films and filmmaking, which informs and inspires my creative direction. • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, essential tools in my design process.I am excited to continue growing in this role, exploring new ways to expand the festival’s reach and impact through innovative visual storytelling.

As the director of this project I was responsible for building and maintaining a relationship with both the staff and the children with a particular challenge of minimising any disruption to the teaching day.
