- Manage existing accounts, as well as continually introducing new accounts through nationwide research. Whilst maintaining and developing relationships with all clients.- Seasonal pre-collection and main collection sales appointments to introduce new ranges/models/fabrics to clients. Whilst gaining knowledge of how the marketplace is performing for each specific client. In addition to in-season store visits.- Placing seasonal orders. Monitoring delivery windows through liaising with our shipping department. Ensuring all delivery dates are achieved.- Using feedback from clients and the marketplace as to how the collections are perceived, and changes that could be made for the benefit of the brand. Which is passed onto the design team.- Analysing weekly sales data from clients. Whilst striving to improve and encourage sales floor staff to achieve target goals.- Seasonal/yearly sales reports – including reasons for fluctuation of business, citing economic reasons among others.- Calculating yearly budgets based on specific customer criteria.- Attending company specific events (MtM Trunk shows, client factory visits, press days).- Obtain higher increase of sales percentages throughout all independent retailers and department stores.
