At Halfords I was responsible for the general upkeep of both distribution centers and any new installations of office or equipment storage spaces to be built within the warehouses. Also responsible for all garden areas including planters, bespoke planters, fibreglass planters & timber planters. As a member of the colleague engagement team I attended monthly meetings with senior management to discuss the welfare of shop floor staff, raise any concerns of the shop floor staff, organize staff events / parties and organize charity events throughout the year.
