I believe that everyone can make a positive change in their lives and the lives of others by becoming the best version of themselves and living out their purpose. In my leadership coaching practice I use values-based leadership that seeks to transform and serve others to reach their desired outcomes in today’s changing and uncertain world. I have a drive to put my all into investing in you and your goals by exemplifying leadership. In my spare time, I enjoy learning from nature by hiking, traveling to new places, and continuing to learn by reading books on leadership and behavior change. I received my bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University in Wildlife Conservation Biology and have practiced leadership within organizations involving government, natural resource conservation, leadership development, and service groups in my community. I currently sit on the Board for the Central Mountains and Plains Section of The Wildlife Society to help serve the environmental sciences community. I am a Maxwell Leadership Team certified coach, trainer, and speaker and I have also completed my Master of Business Administration from Wichita State University to further help my clients enhance their goals and aspirations. My goal is to lead other leaders within the conservation and environmental sciences field to help draw people closer to their relation to the land and help preserve our natural resources. I currently reside in Wichita, KS where I coach and consult businesses, community groups, and individuals as the founder of Exemplify.
