Co-op Live is an indoor arena currently under construction in Manchester, England.Led the coordination and supervision of internal packages for the 1st and 2nd fix at the COOP live indoor arena in Manchester, ensuringtimely completion and adherence to quality standards. Collaborated closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolvedesign issues, streamline communication, and optimise construction processes. Managed and supervised a team of 250+ operatives in designated areas of the building, ensuring strict adherence to health and safetyregulations, resulting in a decrease in on-site incidents.

Overseeing several small projects that included the construction of smaller buildings and alterations & extensions to larger buildings. My main objective for the projects was to ensure that the sequence of works was managed effectively to guarantee delivery success. The process required me to have regular communication with all parties involved. Also, I had to ensure all works were planned and prepared in due course to prevent issues that could prevent the works from being undertaken.

I was part of a large construction network for the construction of one of the most noticeable high-rise buildings in Manchester. The building is fifty-one stories high and contains over five hundred apartments as well as shops and amenities. The internal fit-out of the high-rise building was the main objective of my role and in carrying out this, I was required to ensure the internal works were managed effectively, health and safety risks were eliminated and the quality of work was delivered to the highest standard.

I was part of a construction management team that was delivering the refurbishment and upgrades of two high-rise tower blocks and seven blocks of flats, all of the buildings containing one and two bedroom flats. The main aspects of my role are to ensure that the health and safety risks are managed effectively and the quality of work is delivered to the highest standard.
