Carl is an experienced strategy consultant and thought leader in the Australian FMCG and retail landscape with more than 20 years experience in strategy consulting at Advancy and the Boston Consulting Group.Most of Carl's work has been focused on consumer goods, beverages, retail and private equity with deep expertise in corporate strategy, operational effectiveness across the whole value chain and commercial due diligences.In parallel to his consulting career Carl has remained a passionate entrepreneur. Carl successfully founded and established an IT business before divesting it and was a non-executive Director for a new innovative food business in Sydney. Carl is passionate about working with senior executives on large scale transformation programs and help drive strategy to results.
