- Developing, executing and supervising of market entry strategies for our customers to further increase their presence in respective markets.- Elaborating of Forecast of budgeted sales in collaboration with our customers to optimally prepare them for upcoming  Business cycle / Fiscal year.- Elaborating consulting packages (internationalization / expansion) for Smarketer and presenting it to Smaketer's Top Management for approval.- Creating new strategies to ensure sustainable and continuous  growth for our Customers.- Monitoring monthly Key indicators (e.g. turnover growth of existing customers, Provi2Budget Ratio, Smarketer´s YoY Sales Growth) and take corrective actions, if necessary.- Ensuring Customers get latest Google Ads best practices and campaign structures.- Developing new advertising concepts / strategies to acquire new Customers and prepare/participate in acquisition process.- Continuously optimization processes and services for Smarketer as well as for our Customers with the guidance of the Six Sigma principal.- Consulting our existing Customers and actively supporting them with strategic information (e.g. Industry Insights, Benchmarking, Conversion Rate Optimization Analysis, Expansion Analysis).- Account audits for potential new clients- Managing and coaching of an international team consisting of 15 members.

- Developing Consulting packages (Industry Benchmarking, Competitor Checks, Internationalization/Expansion) for Smarketers- Training on the job in order to fully understand Smarketer's Business model as well as our customers´ need
