Additional responsibilities include Windows Server 2003 and Exchange Server 2003 installation, configuration, and operational support; coordination of account conversion activities for over 20,000 users worldwide from 5 different email platforms to a single corporate Active Directory domain and Exchange 2003 messaging platform; member of selection committee to determine a standard Instant Messaging platform for the corporation; participation in routine disaster recovery test activities; installation and configuration of Identity Management Services (meta-directory synchronization services between multiple LDAP-compliant directories); installation, configuration, and maintenance of general file/print and application servers on both Novell NetWare and Microsoft Windows platforms.
