On appointment I worked as an office clerk, processing invoices with Microsoft Excel while doing sales and marketing.With sales and marketing I visited new and developing sites to meet contractors to market our products and give them samples of our products together with fliers. Devised a strategic approach to conceptualise a customer loyalty program to enhance customer recommendation and retainment.I transitioned to creating and managing social media pages for TMK Metals on various social media outlets like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram And LinkedIn which include content creation, graphic design and video editing.I went ahead to learn Sketch Up and Vertex BD all Computer Aided Design to Optimise design mainly with steel structures and buildings, roof area to be precise .Also working on site as a Project Manager to oversee erection of steel structures, Residential/ Industrial Roof and Cladding Installation.I also work closely with the production manager to track order progress for daily orders and reporting to upper management.I am currently building an effective software solution that will optimise our order management process which has made me assume a new role as IT support to the company while concurrently working on my existing tasks as project manager and sales personnel.

During my internship at ISSER , I worked closely with the I.T support in the I.T Department, making sure computers, desktop applications and network servers run smoothly.

I worked as a research fellow for the UAPS program, promoting research and capacity building and represented as a delegate at the 7th African Population Conference, 2015 Pretoria, South Africa.
