I enjoy traveling the world. I am originally from Australia and traveled all over the world, I ended up here in Maine, United States of America. I am now currently working for two great and wonderful companies. I work for Apple as a Mac Expert, I also work for Carnival Cruise Lines as a Cruise Vacation Specialist as my second job. I enjoy every great moment working for these two glorious companies and earning new skills plus knowledge to step up my game by earning more sales and customers satisfaction. I also enjoy the satisfaction of earning many sales when I work on my daily basis, it boosts my ego knowing that I have sold another great product to another satisfied customer. I also resolve issues for customers that are experiencing difficulties or issues, I am a Customer Service Specialist for Apple and I love figuring out all the concerns, issues, and problems customers report. I always will go the extra mile for my customers. That's my key to my success for great customer service. My Ideology is very important to me and drives my success. By me having a great attitude, thinking positive, being loyal, and relating to all my customers, friends, and family. I use these great principles to fuel my success.
